Sport Cruiser, a Light Sport Aircraft delivery

March 18, 2019 (San Sebastian Municipal Airport, San Sebastian, Florida) – Third Coast Aviation’s President, Tony Boulanger, and Chief Pilot Jon Disler are in Florida today picking up Third Coast Aviation’s (‘TCA‘) newest addition to its flight line – N194SC, a Sport Cruiser. N194SC is the first of at least two new Sport Cruisers that TCA will be adding to its flight line in the coming months. One specifically done for visual flight rules (‘VFR‘) with the capability of instrument training, and the next to be added to the flight line will include instrument flight rules (‘IFR‘) certification.

This aircraft is a game changer for our flight school! Providing a basis for cost effective flight for our students, this aircraft is a stable platform allowing Third Coast Aviation uninterrupted services for students,” Tony Boulanger said referencing TCA’s aircraft maintenance preference for newer aircraft.

About our new Sport Cruiser

The Sport Cruiser is a double-seat, all-metal aircraft, arranged as a low-wing mono-plane with cantilevered wings and conventional empennage. It is successfully operated in more than 30 countries all around the world and the 600th unit will be produced and placed on the market in the early 2017, making the SportCruiser one of the most successful aircraft of the entire LSA category.

    I haven’t flown in more than ten years.
